Below is a slideshow of the house shortly after it was turned over to the homeowner. The homeowner will be doing some of the work on the house himself such as interior paint and trim details/finishes, rear deck, wood floors, additional kitchen cabinetry and stone fireplace in the Great Room. We will update this show when he get done. We call this 'Sweat Equity' and it can save some money on the front end of a house building project and keep mortage payments lower. This can help you get into your new home quickly and give you time to upgrade as time and money become available. We can discuss the advantages of 'Sweat Equity' building to keep initial costs down.
